Vixen's Creole Seafood & Rice

Ingredients:

1/2 LB Crab Meat
1/2 LB Shrimp (cooked, shelled, & deviened)
2 cups mushrooms, quartered
1/2 cup Onions, diced
1/2 tsp. Garlic, chopped
1/4 cup Sherry
1 Tbs. Flour
1 Cup Light Cream
1/2 cup Clam Juice
1/8 LB, (1/2 stick) Butter
1 tsp. Creole Seasoning

 

Preparation:

In large sauté pan or saucepan, melt butter.

Add Onions and garlic. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes.

Add mushrooms. Cook 3 minutes.

Add flour and cook 1 minute.

Add Sherry and clam juice. Cook until mixture is thick.

Add light cream, shrimp, crab meat and the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Spoon over cooked rice, and serve with your favorite garlic bread!
